Question: I hear people saying that we must pray from the heart, but they never say how to pray from the heart, even though I never thought to ask this question:
What exactly is praying from the heart?

Hello Joe,
When you pray from the heart to God it means that you are transparent about everything you want to talk with him about. No walls, just you and He. Letting go of fears, doubts, unbeliefs, disappointments, joys, excitements, experiences, expectations, hopes, etc.
